Corporate development strategy for a growing family business
Context: Italian company located in Friuli-Venezia Giulia, operating in the food packaging and plastic packaging sector, with a turnover of €30 million, 35% of which is on the foreign market.
Problem
- Rapidly growing company, with a sole owner, recently joined by his children who are in the process of joining the company.

- Need for definition of key roles within the staff and planning for staff turnover in the company.
- Use of web marketing tools is totally non-existent.

Proposed solution
- Presence in the company of a Temporary Manager with support functions aimed at identifying the priority activities to be addressed.
- Temporary Manager with liaison functions between the founding partner and the new generation with different and sometimes conflicting visions.

- Identification of commercial collaboration opportunities with partners/competitors for faster revenue growth.
- Development of a commercial project that also includes the use of alternative and eco-friendly materials to plastic.
- Creation of a new company website and an online marketing campaign to increase the company's visibility on the internet.
- Support in the installation of a management system, already planned by the company, that periodically provides the information necessary to control the company's profitability and financial balance, as well as to optimize business processes.
