Dodo + supports companies by improving, streamlining, and simplifying data access to/from internal/external suppliers/clients in order to work efficiently, optimizing order management from a Business Intelligence perspective, reducing time and costs of sharing logistics (collaborative logistics).
The emergence of new needs and trends sees innovation as the natural support for the strategies adopted by the company.
The innovative approach for the Client means value creation through the revision of internal processes – organizational, productive, and informational – with consequent optimization of production costs for goods and services.
Organizational change cannot disregard the application of new technologies capable of ensuring higher quality information, cost reduction (shifting from management by functions to management by processes), and faster service (returning data analysis for understanding changes in reference markets).
Process innovation and product innovation are a permanent goal for companies that manage to overcome crises; design, planning, engineering tools and techniques have developed over time and guarantee adequate responses to new market needs.
The result is the recovery of competitiveness that allows companies to face markets (national and international), ensuring the company's survival and its future development.

Dodo + offers services aimed at developing new Marketing strategies and product/service concepts. The goal is to support the company in conceiving new products/services characterized by a strong identity and recognizability.

Commercial innovation services through strategic marketing methodologies.

Providing support to the company for the analysis and redesign of its offer, to maximize the value of available internal resources and skills. Optimizing commercial communication tools in order to stimulate and strengthen the perception of the value offered to customers.
The activity includes support for the implementation of an activity based on commercial innovation, including strategic marketing and business organization activities aimed at reorganizing market positioning techniques, within the broader context of reformulating the perceived value on the client companies’ market.
The methodological proposal of Dodo + provides initial support for market research, analyzing the characteristics of demand, potential, reference sector, and competition.
Subsequently, the company is guided in segmenting customers based on their needs, then proceeding with customer targeting, in order to focus commercial activity and make its products and services perceived.
Finally, it will be possible to reposition the business activity so that it responds precisely to a specific target to be satisfied. 


The consultancy of Dodo + includes an introduction of the client company's management to the VPC (Value Proposition Canvas, the tool that helps focus the proposal in relation to customers, to correctly identify their real needs and relate them to the value the company can offer), in order to develop a correct analysis of the real and urgent needs of the clientele. The VPC indicates the package of products and services that represents value for a specific customer segment. This activity includes, among other things, supporting the company through guided meeting sessions during which not only the functional aspects of the value proposition (such as the customer's need to perform a certain activity at best) are highlighted, but also aspects related to the emotional sphere (such as fears, frustrations, and hidden desires).
Following the identification of the core of the client's Value Proposition, we will proceed to support the company in identifying and correctly segmenting the most suitable customer target for its products and services. This activity will require the use of investigative tools to identify customers’ unmet/unsatisfied needs, validate the solutions provided, and increase customer loyalty by strengthening the dialogue with customers and prospects.
In general, the consultancy will focus on the application of methodologies offered by strategic marketing. This takes place within the company's management process, mainly related to the development of marketing positioning and products within the reference markets. This activity will focus on employing the best methodologies in order to develop a competitive advantage through the planning of resources, skills, and services offered to the target clientele.
The expected result at the end of this project activity will be a strengthening of the client company's presence on the market, both nationally and internationally, thanks to a more precise analysis of the clientele, their needs, and the commercial proposal able to satisfy them, resulting from a redesign of the offer of products and services and the most effective communication methods.

The expected result for the client company will be an expansion of the customer portfolio, as well as an improvement of the corporate brand with a consequent increase in the appeal of the innovative products created.
