Context: Italian companies located in Friuli - Venezia Giulia operating in the food packaging and plastic packaging sector, with a turnover of €30 million, of which 35% is on the foreign market.
Problem
- Rapidly growing companies, with a sole owner who has recently brought in his children during the business integration phase.
- Ongoing generational transition.
- Limited profitability.
- Need to define key roles in the organization and plan for staff turnover in the company.
- Use of web marketing tools is almost non-existent.
- Need for growth and development of the sales organization.
Proposed solution
- Presence in the company of a Temporary Manager with support functions aimed at identifying priority activities to act on.
- Temporary Manager with liaison functions between founding partners and new generations with different and sometimes conflicting visions.

- Identification of commercial collaboration opportunities with partners/competitors for faster turnover growth..
- Development of a commercial project that also includes the use of alternative and eco-compatible materials to plastics.
- Creation of a new company website and an online marketing campaign to increase the company's visibility on the internet.
- Support in the installation of a management system, already planned by the company, which periodically provides the necessary information for monitoring the company's profitability and financial balance, in addition to optimizing business processes.
